A special welcome to all of you living in Queensland
and Northern New South Wales. I trust you've already found
the information on the "EmotionsInBalance" website
interesting and perhaps a little fascinating. Hopefully you've
taken some time to visit the various sections and pages. I'd
really encourage you to do this so you can fully appreciate
what this work is all about and perhaps find out how it may
help you or someone you know.
If you've already visited most of the site you've probably
discovered that Ian White's af-x® Therapy is extremely
different to any other approach you've encountered or tried
before. I guess the main reason for this, is that it's the
only therapy designed to just "remind" you of what
you are already perfectly capable of doing and gives you the
little bit of guidance you need to be able to internally resolve
your own unique problems or difficulties. It's actually that
simple and it's also that respectful.
For far too long, we've been led to believe that someone else
will have all the answers for us or that anti-depressants,
new "wonder" drugs and other medications will "fix"
us. We often try all these "external" solutions
only to find they make little permanent difference, because
it is our own self-generated feelings that are causing our
problems. As a practitioner I'm constantly amazed, but not
in the least surprised, by how successful people are at resolving
these feelings and making a real difference to their own emotional
health and wellbeing after just three af-x sessions.
A number of years ago when I first heard about af-x Therapy,
I was actually quite sceptical about it. Like many people,
I had endured the effects of negative underlying feelings
for years without understanding why I felt discontent, unhappy
and troubled. Through a difficult childhood, these feelings
persisted into my adult life affecting my relationships, how
I felt about myself and eventually my work. I really had no
idea what was wrong and tried a whole range of mainstream
and "alternative" therapies to try and improve how
I was feeling, with little success and a lot of frustration.
I decided to try af-x Therapy and during my first session,
which was so different to everything else I'd tried, I realised
just how much sense the approach made. What I personally experienced
after the therapy is hard to put into words but over the coming
months and to this very day, I noticed and keep noticing subtle
but very profound differences in the way I feel. The "depression"
I'd been labelled with, on several occasions, just seemed
to resolve itself and has been replaced by a deep "sense"
of emotional balance.
It was this experience that some years ago prompted my change
of career and led to my study of affectology under Ian White
in Sydney. I am a fully qualified and registered af-x
Practitioner with a busy practice in Brisbane, and the course
co-ordinator for QLD based practitioner training.
As the QLD and NNSW representative on the website I'm more
than happy to answer any questions you may have about the
therapy, appointments or QLD based training courses.
Contact me anytime on (07) 3395 4779 or send me an email at

I look forward to hearing from you.
