Welcome

to the Swedish Contact page of EmotionsInBalance.

In my time in Sweden, I learned that most Swedish people read and understand English very well, so we encourage you to either go to the English version of this site for further detailed information or contact your Swedish practitioner for further discussion.

In any case, it’s important that you read the information contained in the page “Session Preparation Information” before you attend for sessions.

A Very Important Note from Ian White.

In the text elsewhere in this site, you may have read the following:-

“…The registration of af-x is intended to protect the quality of training of practitioners, ensuring that White's strict educational guidelines are adhered to in all programs displaying the af-x title.
…..all af-x Practitioners, including those involved in this website, have their work practices and therapy results monitored, have permission to use the af-x title and you can be assured that they provide the highest quality af-x Therapy….”

The quality of the work that legally registered Af-x Practitioners do is of vital importance, not only to the reputation of the Af-x movement and its solid training base, but to you, the client. Af-x adheres to strict guidelines as practiced by therapists, and those standards can only be maintained through long-term study, practitioner development and maintenance of ESR feedback systems to ensure quality work.

At present, there are TWO practitioners in Sweden who meet the strict standards as laid down by the School of Affectology (Int’l) and the I.A.A. (International Affectology Association). These practitioners have earned, through ongoing development and monitoring, the right and permission to use the term “Af-x” in a description of their work.

You may contact them by emailing them:-

Elena Johansson (Malmo) on afx@bredband.net or go to her page.

Maria Nordström (Stockholm) on maria@feelingbalanced.com

It is IMPORTANT that you note that any other practitioners claiming to practice “Af-x” do not have the permission to do so, have not committed to continual learning and development, are not regulated as regards results and success rates, and are liable to legal action for the use of the term “Af-x.”

If you have any doubts as to the legal right for a person who is using “Af-x” to label their work, you can contact me on afxwhite@bigpond.net.au for clarification.
